Jonathon says "Always look at the cruise itinerary closely as it may appear to have great ports but the time in ports may be limited due to the distance that the cruise ship has to travel to reach the next port. Try looking for a cruise that has a few later departures (after 7pm) this gives you the chance to have an early evening ashore without having to rush back to the ship mid-afternoon."
